FAQ
Does Podifai support two-letter and three-letter monograms?
Yes. Configure Two letters or Three letters in a Font Swatch value's Monogram mode, adjust each letter's size scale and overall spacing, then link the swatch to Text Input or Text Area and set a matching character limit.
Can Podifai increase or discount a price by percentage?
Yes. Selectable values, Text Input, Text Area, and Image Upload can increase or decrease the product's current effective price by a fixed amount or percentage. Percentage adjustments use the same base price and are not compounded.
Can Podifai use SVG option images and WOFF2 fonts?
Yes. SVG is supported for merchant visual option images and customer Image Upload. Global Font and Font Swatch accept TTF, OTF, WOFF, and WOFF2 files up to 2 MB.
Does Podifai support front, back, and multiple product views?
Yes. A customizer can contain one to five switchable 2D views, such as Front, Back, and sleeves. Every view has its own background and independent preview layers.
